We designed this burger restaurant with a street-inspired, minimalist and functional aesthetic, where colour and materials build a distinct identity without competing with the real star: the food. Gaijin

Year 2023
Location San Isidro, Lima

We designed chef Sergio Nakamura's Japanese restaurant, Gaijin, which means “foreigner”. The concept is about telling stories through space, creating an experience where you feel at home even when far away. We translated that idea into the materials, light and atmosphere of the restaurant, in a warm, welcoming journey that complements the chef's cuisine.
